Minimum Requirements:
Formal Qualifications:
Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
Experience & Knowledge:
Minimum 2 years' administrative experience within the Financial Services or Life Assurance industry
Basic understanding of insurance processes, policies, and client servicing
️ Computer Literacy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Comfortable with web-based systems and internal platforms

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Support Duties:
Upload and follow up on a wide range of service requests, including:
Premium queries
Change of beneficiary
Debit order updates
Letters of authority
Change of broker or DOC
Amendments and change of personal details
Claims processing, etc.
Check and capture applications:
Within 4 hours of receipt
With a minimum accuracy rate of 95%
Conduct daily routine processes and support functions efficiently
Monitor incomplete submissions and outstanding service requests
Communicate with intermediaries regarding outstanding documentation or actions needed
Perform annual system assessments and maintain up-to-date knowledge of processes
Provide administrative support to Life Specialists and intermediary partners
Generate and issue quotations and benefit statements
Support organisation of broker workshops and events
Order and manage stock of brochures, forms, and other marketing material
Performance Metrics:
SLA adherence (turnaround times, quality standards)
Accuracy and completeness of administrative tasks
Responsiveness to clients and intermediaries
Consistent internal communication and follow-up
