Contact Wiz Admissions
Contact Wiz Admissions if you have a question about a scholarship deadline, need clarification on a visa requirement, spotted an error in one of our guides, or just aren’t sure where to start. This page explains the fastest way to reach us, what we can realistically help with, and what falls outside what a study-abroad content site can responsibly advise on.
We built Wiz Admissions around a simple idea: study-abroad guidance should be specific enough to actually use, not generic enough to apply to everyone and help no one. If something on the site doesn’t meet that bar — a scholarship listing that’s gone stale, a visa requirement that’s changed, or a guide that’s missing a country you need — contacting Wiz Admissions about it is exactly what this page is for.
Send Us a Message
Email us directly at hello@wizadmissions.info. This is the only channel we monitor, and it goes straight to the person who writes and maintains the guides — not a support queue.
We read every message and aim to respond within 48 to 72 hours on business days. If you haven’t heard back after that window, it’s worth checking your spam folder before resending — our replies occasionally get filtered by university and government email systems. Please note that we are not able to provide personalised immigration advice or help with individual university applications; see the “What We Cannot Help With” section below for why, and where to go instead.
What We Can Help With
- Clarifying information about scholarships, universities, or visa requirements covered in our guides
- Reporting inaccurate or outdated information on our website — including expired scholarship deadlines or changed visa rules
- Suggesting scholarship or admissions topics you’d like us to cover
- Press, media, and partnership enquiries
- Advertising and sponsored content enquiries
What We Cannot Help With
Contacting Wiz Admissions is not a substitute for licensed immigration or education-consulting advice, and we’re upfront about that limit rather than pretending otherwise. Specifically, we can’t:
- Review or edit your personal Statement of Purpose, essays, or application documents
- Give a case-by-case opinion on your individual visa refusal, appeal, or eligibility
- Confirm whether a specific university will admit you or fund you
- Act as an authorized representative in any application or visa process
For those situations, a licensed immigration consultant, your target university’s international office, or your country’s official visa authority are the right first stop — our guides are built to help you prepare better questions for those conversations, not replace them.
Before You Contact Wiz Admissions
Many questions we receive are already answered in more depth inside the relevant guide than we could cover in a reply email. If your question is about funding, check Scholarships & Funding first; if it’s about a specific country’s visa process, check Visa & Relocation. Searching the site for your destination country or exam name often gets you a faster, more complete answer than waiting on a reply.
A quick note on spam: we do not respond to unsolicited SEO offers, automated outreach, or requests for paid backlinks. Messages that are clearly template-generated are filtered out without a reply, so a specific subject line describing your actual question is the fastest way to get one back.
