Code 8 and 10 Courier Drivers with Pdp Full-time Job

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure the timely and secure collection and delivery of medical specimens, reports, and other items while maintaining a high standard of safety, confidentiality, and customer service in line with JDJ Laboratory protocols.

Minimum Qualification & Knowledge Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 10 with proven proficiency in reading and writing

• Valid Driver’s License (Essential)

• Relevant skills and experience may be considered in place of formal education

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

1. Collection & Delivery Operations:

• Collect and deliver specimens, reports, and documents from various clients in accordance with SOPs

• Ensure vehicles are clean, roadworthy, and regularly maintained

• Handle basic administrative tasks and resolve client queries when needed

• Uphold safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards at all times

• Provide support to the department as required

• Adhere strictly to all logistics protocols and training received

2. Quality Management:

• Apply quality assurance standards as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures

• Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and procedures
