This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity within the FNB Short-Term Insurance team. You’ll be part of a dynamic group where unique talent meets high-impact execution.

Role Purpose

To provide efficient and effective administrative support and ensure the seamless functioning of the Short-Term Lead Warming process, including lead generation, customer engagement, and support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warm up potential clients and transfer them to the appropriate sales teams.

  • Generate leads via internal channels for sales conversion.

  • Deliver exceptional service by offering proactive, tailored solutions to client needs.

  • Efficiently resolve customer queries within agreed timelines and service standards.

  • Perform accurate and timely administrative tasks to support functional operations.

  • Ensure compliance with governance, legislative, and audit requirements.

  • Compile and submit accurate Management Information (MI) reports as required.

  • Proactively manage your own development to increase professional competencies.
