Commercial Graduate Trainee – Boxer Superstores South Africa Job Opportunity

Boxer Superstores is a rapidly growing Supermarket chain operating in all provinces throughout South Africa. Owing to our growth, we are looking for Graduate Trainees for our Commercial and Buying team based at our Head Office in Durban Westville.

The successfully recruited Graduate Trainees will literally begin their Boxer journey as an Administrative Assistant before working their way through other areas within the Commercial department.

The primary focus of the program will be to participate in training experience, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities. This Graduate Trainee Programme should prepare you for future development in the company, which includes, but not limited to areas of Buying management, people management and commercial management.

Qualifications and experience

• A university degree, in which one of your undergrad degree majors must be in Finance or Supply Chain, is essential.
• A post grad (such as honours) in finance or supply chain will be an advantage.
• Some commercial experience will be an added advantage.
